    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I may not have been clear.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;She uses Appointments just for scheduling purposes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then her services are items: “Reading with Whitney.”&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So no payments are processing in Appointments as Services. They are all processed in Retail as items.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which… I think that means no prepayments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Correct&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290336"&gt;@DinaLRosenberg&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Tip Hold On Cards</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I run a facial studio.&amp;nbsp; I DO NOT take tips.&amp;nbsp; So I turned the tip screen off.&amp;nbsp; BUT it still holds the card and declines based on a tip hold sometimes.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to turn that off?&amp;nbsp; I just need the card to approve for the set amount I don't need the tip potential held like a spa or restaurant.&amp;nbsp; Should I go in and set up as retail instead of service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That’s why some sellers like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290336"&gt;@DinaLRosenberg&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;run appointments through Retail. It’s worth looking into.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
