      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I run a concierge-style medical practice with multiple staff members, and I’m running into significant limitations with scheduling.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Our team does not have fixed weekly schedules. Each provider has &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;variable, part-time availability that changes week to week&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;, and we often need to set schedules &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;weeks to months in advance&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Currently, Square only allows:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Static recurring schedules (same hours every week), or&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Manual one-off adjustments week by week&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;This creates a very time-consuming workflow, especially as we grow.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;What would be extremely helpful:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The ability to set &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;variable availability across a date range (e.g., 1 month at a time)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Support for &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;non-recurring, flexible schedules&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt; for part-time staff&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Easier bulk editing of availability across multiple weeks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;More dynamic scheduling tools for businesses that do not operate on fixed hours&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Many modern service-based businesses (especially mobile, concierge, and healthcare models) do not follow traditional schedules, and this limitation makes Square difficult to scale with.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Is this something currently in development, or are there any recommended solutions within Square that better support variable staff availability?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Gurneet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We run into a similar issue in our repair shop — staff don't have fixed hours week to week. Unfortunately Square Appointments doesn't support variable multi-week scheduling natively yet. The workarounds we've found:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &lt;STRONG&gt;Google Calendar sync&lt;/STRONG&gt; — Set up each provider's variable schedule in Google Calendar, then sync it with Square. Changes in Google Calendar reflect in Square's availability&lt;BR /&gt;2. &lt;STRONG&gt;Batch manual entry&lt;/STRONG&gt; — Set 2-3 weeks ahead at a time using the Calendar view in Staff &amp;gt; Availability. Not ideal but faster than doing it day by day&lt;BR /&gt;3. &lt;STRONG&gt;Third-party scheduling&lt;/STRONG&gt; — Some businesses in our situation use Acuity or Calendly for the actual scheduling and just process payments through Square&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd definitely recommend submitting this as a feature request in the Feedback section — variable scheduling for non-traditional businesses is a real gap. You're not alone in wanting this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
