    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Square Appointments booking page is showing “No availability within the next 30 days,” even though I have availability set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m the only team member and have one service (Private Shopping Appointment). The booking site is live and the service is visible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can select the service and go to the next step, but no time slots appear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was working before and recently stopped. Has anyone run into this or know what might cause availability not to show?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you paste a screenshot? There are several places in Square where availability needs to be noted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check Staff Visibility &amp;amp; Location&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if your hours are set, the system won't show them if the staff member isn't "linked" to the booking site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Staff&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Staff List&lt;/STRONG&gt; in your Square Dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on your profile and ensure &lt;STRONG&gt;"Visible for Online Booking"&lt;/STRONG&gt; is toggled &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verify that you are assigned to the correct &lt;STRONG&gt;Location&lt;/STRONG&gt; where the service is offered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H2&gt;2. Verify Service Settings&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;A service won't show up if it’s not assigned to you or the location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Services&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on "Private Shopping Appointment."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure the &lt;STRONG&gt;Location&lt;/STRONG&gt; is selected and that &lt;STRONG&gt;your name&lt;/STRONG&gt; is checked under the "Staff" section for that specific service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H2&gt;3. Review "Booking Density" &amp;amp; "Lead Time"&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your settings are too restrictive, Square might think you're "busy" even when you're not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Online Booking&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Site Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A class="" href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5351-manage-your-square-appointments-account-settings" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Scheduling Policy&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cut-off time:&lt;/STRONG&gt; If this is set to 24 hours and you're looking at tomorrow, it might show as unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Fake "Busy" Times:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Ensure you don't have "Appointments at set intervals" (like every 60 mins) conflicting with a short service duration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
