can I use square for several independent therapists?

Hi, We have several therapists renting a room, but would like to put GC sales in one place, so whoever gets the giftcard will get the money.

Hi @Bushey63. We have 11 service providers. We use Square Appointments to attribute services to service providers. Then we pay them out at the end of the week.

I'm trying to think of how it could be done using gift cards.

Perhaps:

Item: Therapy Session

Variations:

Therapist 1

Therapist 2

Therapist 3

Then run a daily/weekly report to pay them out.

I think @DinaLRosenberg using sessions as items rather than Square Appointments.

@JTPets may have recommendations using Items/Variations.

Paying out the service provider may have to be done manually. But I'll defer to others.

So- we use appointments to schedule but check out using square for retail.. each provider has their own listing and thats the way we run reports.

No.. We don't require pre-payment.

Ideally we'd like virtual to prepay and in-store to pay in-store- but Square doesn't support that.
