&lt;P&gt;I want to offer clients to request booking but make it a request until I confirm. I am just starting out and while I have my evenings open for booking there might be scenarios where I can’t commit to allowing the client to formally book. &amp;nbsp;I’d rather have them request a booking in a certain day and time, pending my confirmation. Is that possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can a&lt;SPAN&gt;djust your appointment settings to require appointment acceptance. Then your appointment requests appear as pending until you accept or decline them. These are&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;displayed on both your calendar through your Square Dashboard and the Square Appointments POS app. They also will be visible on the overview section of your Square Dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get these types of appointments set up, please feel free to follow these steps&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Under the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Online Booking Preferences&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;section, select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Business must accept or decline all appointment requests&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;next&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reservation Guarantee&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
