automatically select scheduled staff on Android and IOS

I now have 19 people on staff. I see there is a way to automatically select scheduled staff on the desktop squareup screen, however there is no way to do so on any of our checkout stations. We have 3 square registers and 2 square stands. I would love to work with a platform that can grow with us but right now we cant check all the staff on any of our equipment except a full computer screen.

@MassageBossETX Have you tried using the square teams app or the dashboard app? What specifically are you wanting to check for your team member? who is supposed to work? who is late etc?

I want to see their appointment availability on the calendar page so my office staff can quickly see who is available. I tried to upload an image to better depict but I don't have the option.

Hey @MassageBossETX,

On the Square Appointments POS app, you’re only able to see multiple employees’ availability on the calendar if you are viewing your calendar by the Day. So, if you are using Month or List view, this may be why things aren't looking the same as on the Square Dashboard on your desktop web browser.

To adjust your Appointments POS app calendar settings:

1. Open the Square Appointments POS app
2. Go to Calendar
3. Click ( … )
4. Change the Calendar View to Day
5. Under Employees, select all relevant employees
6. Click Done

With 20 staff we can only use the day feature. It is how all of our devices are set up.
