Is there a way to create a pop-up notification for important notes in a client's file?

Is there a way to create a popup for important notes in a client's file? For example, I have one client who does not like fragrance, so she specifies fragrance-free dog shampoo. A popup reminder would prevent mistakes when this appointment is viewed.

There's no way to create pop-ups for client notes, I'm afraid. I think it's a great idea though! Please feel free to take a look through the existing Feature Requests in the Feedback Hub, and if you can't find anything similar, I'd encourage you to submit your own.

I will hop on over to Feature Requests. This was very helpful in other software programs I've used for animal shelters and pet boarding. I had another important but uncommon request yesterday: Don't trim the whiskers! A popup would be great on that one, too.
