      <description>&lt;P&gt;Appointment hours for staff or business not synced to square website, it was last night but then I woke up and it says we are closed everyday.&amp;nbsp; I adjusted the team members schedule and the business hours, but nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt; I’ve had this happen before, so I totally get how frustrating it is when your booking hours suddenly go rogue overnight &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are a few things to double-check that usually do the trick:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sync Settings:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Even if you’ve updated your business hours in the Square Dashboard, make sure they're also synced in your &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments &amp;gt; Online Booking&lt;/STRONG&gt; section. Sometimes those need to be refreshed or resaved to reflect correctly on your site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Team Member Availability:&lt;/STRONG&gt; It sounds like you already checked this, but double-make sure each team member has &lt;STRONG&gt;active availability&lt;/STRONG&gt; set. If &lt;EM&gt;any&lt;/EM&gt; of them have “Out of Office” or schedule gaps, it can affect your whole calendar display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Business vs. Location Hours:&lt;/STRONG&gt; If you have multiple locations or recently adjusted your location settings, the hours might have reset. Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Locations&lt;/STRONG&gt; and verify that the correct hours are assigned to the right location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Try a Quick Refresh:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Weirdly enough, just toggling the business hours off and on, or switching to a different time and back, has worked for me in the past. Think of it like giving your booking page a little nudge &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_squinting_face:"&gt;😆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear Cache or Try Incognito:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sometimes the browser holds onto old data. View your booking site in an incognito/private tab to see if the issue shows up there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of that solves it, it may be a temporary glitch on Square’s end.
