I've already created a packages but how do I post this on my appointment online as an option

✔️ How to Display Packages in Square Appointments:

Add Your Package as a Service
Even though you've already created your package under Items, you’ll need to also create it as a service in your Appointments dashboard. That way, it shows up as something clients can book online.
- Go to Appointments > Services
- Click Create Service
- Name it something like "Spa Day Package" or whatever your offer is
- Set the price and duration to match what’s included in the package
- Assign staff members who can provide the package
Add a Description
In the service description, outline what's included in the package — this helps clients know exactly what they’re getting without cluttering your booking screen.
Publish & Preview
Once saved, your package should now show on your online booking site just like your other services. You can preview your site to make sure it appears the way you want it to.

📝 Pro Tip: If your package includes multiple services that need to be stacked together in one booking (like “Gel Mani + Luxe Pedi”), Square doesn’t currently auto-stack them — so combining them into one service (as described above) is the easiest way to offer it as a clean, clickable option.

It depends on the platform you are using for your online appointment system, but generally, you should do this:

Go to your appointment/service settings or booking settings.

Look for an option like “Add Service,” “Add Package,” or “Manage Packages.”

Select the package you already created and enable it as a booking option.

Save and publish the changes.
