My appointments disappeared from ical

My future appointments disappeared from my ical today. Am I the only one this happened to? I know that Square made changes recently so I'm curious if this was a glitch. These were for appointments made last week. They were there in ical and now they are not. This is very scary. I could have easily missed client appointments. Does anybody know if this functionality got taken away from the free accounts?

Mine are gone as well and I’m about to have a heart attack! I can’t find any help. Please let me know if you figure out how to get them back and I’ll do the same!

Did you have multiple locations? this happend to my second location today bc I wasnt subscribed to appts plus.

No, I only have one location and hadn’t received any email or anything to give me a heads up that my appointments would disappear. Thank you for trying to help!

Hmm im not sure bc i never integrated my calenders, but I have a feeling this is related to the update, maybe restart your device.

I did that too and no luck. Gosh, a heads up that this was going to happen sure would have been nice.

It is most definitely related to the system update. And I used to have two locations but I'm only using one now. I don't know how to delete the inactive one but I do wonder if that is causing the problem. I'm going to tinker with that.

Here's the answer to our issue!!! You must now be a "PLUS" member to continue to use this option. Nice that they gave us a heads up on this. Very frustrating.

I upgraded, and still cant add my second location. How frustrating.

Did you find out how to delete second location? I mistakenly have a second location listed but it’s deactivated. I can’t find where to delete and can’t access my calendar.
