My apprentice is now preparing to see their very first clients. The training program is designed so that apprentice clients don’t pay a completely “different” price but instead receive a structured discount—for example, 60% off at first, then 75% off, and gradually moving toward 100% of the service cost once the apprenticeship program is complete. This kind of system is also much easier for clients to understand than simply offering an alternative “lower” price.</SPAN></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><SPAN>Additionally, a neighboring salon has hired a new technician and is trying to build their client base by offering an introductory discount for first-time appointments with their new professional.
