I'm looking for a report to run that shows customers with outstanding packaging.

I'd like to send emails to them to get them in for redemption.

SAME with Gift cards if you know that too.

In all honesty, I am not aware of a report for outstanding packages. I'm going to tag in a few of our other helpful Square Champions and see if they have any wisdom to pass on. @TheRealChipA, @Candlestore, and @ryanwanner, do you know of any reports like these?

I can shed some light on Gift Cards still outstanding. Unfortunately, none of the Square standard CSV exports have information for the customer who purchased them, so that's a dead end. And, even if that information was available, usually they are purchasing them for someone else and we wouldn't know who that someone else is. So, another dead end.
