How do I merge tickets?

I am really dissapointed that there is no way to merge tickets. I have a families that come in to my barbershop that have one to three kids and I currently have to have 3 checkouts individually because they are with different barbers. This is very inconvenient. Does anyone know a way around it?

Hey there, @EstelaP -

Good news, you're able to merge open tickets.

Open your point of sale app.
Tap Checkout > Tickets.
Select a ticket to open it.
Tap Review sale > ••• > Move ticket.
Select the ticket(s) you want to merge the ticket into.
Tap Move.

Give these steps a try and please let me know if you run into trouble. I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.

For some odd reason I don't get a review sale option. I halt there. UGH!

That is odd! What hardware or device are you using?

Also, are the tickets still open whenever you try to merge them? That is key!

@Kassi_ I would love some clarification on this answer, as this is one of my biggest frustrations with Appointments. Your instructions don't seem to apply in our Appointments apps or to our Square Register from what I can tell. What am I missing?

They took this functionality away. We can no longer merge or move multiple tickets/orders into one. We can move them 1 at a time which is creating more work for us.
