How to change theme?

I selected a theme to play around with but I actually don't like it. Is there anyway for to change it?

Could I get a bit more information on your question? Is this theme for Square Appointments, or a Square website?

I'm trying to do the same, change theme, with a website. All it allows me to do is change the site style but not the overall theme. Help please!
