Adding team members that already have a square account

I own a barber shop and I'm trying to set up a booking system.

Everyone that works in my shop already has their own square booking links/accounts.

Is there a way to add everyone into one booking calender so that we can see it and book each other appointments?

I tried calling support and I couldn't understand the girl talking to me.

@Draft01 You can not combine Square accounts at all. This would fall into the category of a feature request which you can submit here. But that will only get the evaluation ball rolling and won’t help you in the short term. The only workaround I can think of is for you to create a group Google calendar for the shop. Everyone could sync to to their own calendar there and you can display calendars there. Here’s some more information with a link to the Square Help document on the subject.

How do I sync appointments to google calendar

To sync your appointments with Google Calendar, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Appointments.
Click on Settings > Calendar & Booking.
Under Manage Calendar Sync, click Link Google Calendar.
Sign in to your Google account and allow access.
Choose a linking option (Import and Export, Import Only, or Export Only).
Select the Google Calendar to import and the Square Appointments staff calendar for the imported events.
Click Continue to start syncing.
