how to send zoom link when clients make appointment

I meet with my clients via zoom. I want an automated way for them to receive my zoom link when they book an appointment with me via Square Appointments. I cannot figure out how to have Square Appointments send them the link. Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi @carmenbolanosco. So I have two possibilities for you to consider. The first is in the Square App Marketplace, called SendOwl. It is a subscription-based add-on to your Square account that handles fulfillment of any digital product or experience.

The second possibility for you to use Zapier.com to create a zap. Basically this zap would monitor your Square account for new appointments. When it receives one, it’s would create a meeting on your Zoom account and email the information for the appointment. Of course, this requires that you give Zapier access to both your Square and Zoom accounts, but they are a very trusted and respected company in this space.

If you go the Zapier route, use its AI called Copilot. Tell it you want to “send a zoom link whenever I receive a new Square appointment. It will give you the steps that need to be added to the Zap, which you will then complete and test.

✅ Solution: The simplest way to automate Zoom link creation for Square Appointments is to use the Virtual Appointment app from the Square App Marketplace. It was built specifically for this purpose. If you Google “Zoom for Square,” this is the app that comes up — it works like clockwork.
