&lt;P class=""&gt;I have full access to this account, but I’m encountering an issue when trying to connect Appointments to my Square Online site. The seller is actively using Appointments, so I know it’s set up, but I’m unable to connect it to the Square Online site. Any help would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;

The seller is actively using Appointments, so I know it’s set up, but I’m unable to connect it to the Square Online site. &lt;LI&gt;Go to Square Dashboard&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to Team → Team Members&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Find your account&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;If applicable, click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manage&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;next to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Locations&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to choose your location(s).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Under&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Booking channels&lt;/STRONG&gt;, click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Preview &amp;amp; edit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;next to Square Online website.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Use the options to create your online booking site.&lt;/LI&gt;

If the seller is actively using Appointments but you’re unable to connect it to the Square Online site, here are a few things to check:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Confirm You’re Logged into the Right Account&lt;/STRONG&gt; – Since you have full access, make sure you’re in the correct Square Online account under &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Dashboard &amp;gt; Online&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check the Online Booking Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; – Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Dashboard &amp;gt; Appointments &amp;gt; Online Booking&lt;/STRONG&gt; and see if it’s linked to a Square Online site. If it’s not, you may need to manually enable it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manually Link the Site&lt;/STRONG&gt; – In &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Online&lt;/STRONG&gt;, go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Appointments&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and check if you can toggle on the connection there.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear Cache &amp;amp; Try a Different Browser&lt;/STRONG&gt; – If Square Online is glitching, clearing cache or switching browsers can sometimes help.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check for Multiple Sites&lt;/STRONG&gt; – If the seller has multiple Square Online sites, make sure you’re trying to connect to the correct one.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still can’t connect, it might be an issue on Square’s end, and I’d recommend reaching out to &lt;A target="_new" rel="noopener"&gt;Square Support&lt;/A&gt; so they can take a deeper look.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!
