View Multiple Staff Running Square Class

I run a sports performance business and am starting to run classes/workshops. Is there any way/I requesting a way to see the staff members working said class? For example I will have guest college athletes come in from time to time, and it would be nice for my clients to be able to see what staff members/thier bio before booking

Hey! That sounds like an awesome setup for your sports performance business. 💪

Right now, Square Appointments lets you assign staff members to services, and clients can see their names when booking. However, there isn’t a built-in way to display full bios of staff or guest athletes before booking.

A couple of workarounds you could try:

Use the Staff Descriptions in Square – If you add your guest athletes as staff members in your settings, you can include a short bio under their profile.
Create a Website or Booking Page with Bios – If you're using Square’s site builder, you could add a section that highlights upcoming guest athletes and their backgrounds. Then, link it in the class description.
Custom Confirmation Emails – After someone books, you could set up an email that introduces the guest instructor for that session.
