thread How can we book in the same space as a cancelled appointment that displays on our schedule? in Appointments & Bookings

When a client cancels, it is a grey block on our dashboard. We like that feature, but we are finding that we cannot book into that exact same spot. Help!

Hello @ReflectionsMC 👋

Do you complete the booking yourself or are clients booking online?

If you try to book over an existing appointment, you’ll see a notification warning you before you double-book. You are still able to book over a spot that already has a booking, but will need to dismiss this warning before.

Let me know what the booking flow looks like for you and your clients and I'll try to fin you a solution that suits your needs.

Thank you✨
