    <description>&lt;P&gt;Great question! Right now, Square sends text confirmations and reminders from a system-generated number, which unfortunately isn’t customizable. Since it's not your business number, clients who try to call or text back won’t reach you directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One workaround is to include a short message in your confirmation text that says something like: &lt;STRONG&gt;“This is an automated message. For questions or changes, please call/text us directly at [your business number].”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also check &lt;STRONG&gt;Square’s Appointment settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; to see if adding your number to follow-up messages is an option. If this is a feature you’d like to see in the future, I’d recommend submitting a &lt;STRONG&gt;feature request&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;A href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/Feature-Requests-Ideate/ct-p/Beta-Feature-Requests" target="_new" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;is there any way to change the number the client receives when getting text confirmation and reminders.&amp;nbsp; Some clients try to text back or call and its not my business number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
