thread two locations in Appointments & Bookings

I can't figure out for the life of me how to assign appointments every other week starting on a certain day with the second location. I assigned a time and day already but now what? how would clients know I am at a location when they are booking? thank you in advance, pulling my hair out lol

Hi @jennimeck !

Setting up alternating weekly availability for multiple locations can be tricky. To do this in Square Appointments, try the following steps:

1️⃣ Go to your Square Dashboard > Appointments > Staff.
2️⃣ Select your profile and adjust your availability for each location.
3️⃣ Since Square Appointments doesn’t currently support ‘every other week’ scheduling automatically, a workaround is to manually block out unavailable weeks using Personal Events in your calendar.
4️⃣ To ensure clients see the correct location, check that each location has its own booking link or is clearly labeled in your settings.

I know this isn't super seamless, but it is a workaround. Let me know if you have other questions.
