Is there a way to create setup time before a service?

Hello! I am looking for a way to automatically add setup time for our online bookings. I tried processing times and that did not seem to work. TIA

The Processing Time feature is meant to accomplish what you're describing. Can you provide more details on what it's falling short on? There might be an existing workaround that we can implement to help solve the problem you're running into.

Hello! I tried the processing time option and I added the setup time as the initial duration to a service however it still lets the client book at the setup time.

Please let me know if there may be a different way.

To make sure I'm understanding correctly:

If an appointment service takes 1 hour (lets say 10 am)

The setup time is 15m (before the clients 10 am start time)

Desired Behavior: Booking an appointment at the 10 am start time on the client side, but on your backend side you're wanting it to block off 9:45am through 11 am.

What's actually happening: Client is booking at 10am but the appointment is only blocked for the duration of the actual service, and you're only able to add service time to the beginning of the actual service hour and not + 15m prior to the time slot.

Is that accurate?
