Is there a way to color code the appointments in the calendar?

You can change the color of your service items to appear in your calendar by doing the following steps from your Square dashboard (done on browser).

Log in to your Dashboard and navigate to Items>Service Library. Front here simply click on the service you want to change,color for Next to the name, you will see the color pallet section, click on edit below that. Choose the color you want, and be sure to hit save in the top right corner and that should be it.

Hey there! I know I didn't originally ask the question but I'm wondering if you could help me with this. Are you able to screenshot what you are describing here? I have read EVERYTHING I can find regarding this feature but I cannot seem to actually find it in my Square.

Pleaseee help if you can! Thanks!

Hi @VSC2023

Sure thing! Log in here to your Dashbaord

Then on the left hand side, scroll down to Items & Orderd > Items

From there on the left hand side, Click on Service Library > and then choose one of your services you would like to edit by simply clicking on the highlighted name.

Then you can choose edit under the color section, choose your color you wish, and then hit Save in he upper right corner.

Thank you, I thought by adding the color selection it wouldn't allow for a custom image for each service. I see it allows both.

Does not work. When I go back to my calendar they all still show in blue.

Hey @GinaBee sorry your having trouble with this. Are you clicking save after changing the color? Aer you doing this from a computer or from the app?
