    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! When I scheduled my client and asked if she received the auto text she said no. I checked on my end and it said THIS CUSTOMER HAS UNSUBSCRIBED FROM RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When I told her this she asked well how do I resubscribe? I told her I had to look into it. Does anyone know this answer ? Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/703312"&gt;@Jcong76&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;As far as I know, only WE as businesses can do this. &amp;nbsp;Customers do not have the capability to re-subscribe. &amp;nbsp;For you to do it, go to your customer directory and edit it. &amp;nbsp;There is a Marketing section with two toggled — one for email marketing and one for text marketing. &amp;nbsp;Make the necessary corrections and save the customer record.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
