When you click on Add To Cart, you see a process, but then nothing happens. You don't click through to a check-out page, you don't see a cart that you can view, and you can't even get to a menu. It's useless. I had launched a sale and originally had people go to the homepage, but I realized I should have them go directly to a page to buy, but they can't buy anything. Additionally, people can't book a service, then add products on to that service. There's a toggle switch on the online dashboard for "currently accepting orders" and if that's toggled off, it could be the issue.
