    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Every time a message&amp;nbsp;is sent or received&amp;nbsp;to individuals&amp;nbsp;that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;I&gt;same&lt;/I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;message is sent to my ENTIRE staff. This includes messages that I send to clients. This also enables my employees&amp;nbsp;to jump into the conversation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;I&gt;I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;am personally having with a client. This is a very strange feature of this service. It's similar&amp;nbsp;to you emailing a client and all conversations&amp;nbsp;are sent to your entire company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;As the owner, I should be able to view the conversations&amp;nbsp;through Square if I need to but it's very odd that all of my staff&amp;nbsp;are texted the conversation and they can jump into the conversation. To add, my employees&amp;nbsp;are getting a tremendous and unnecessary&amp;nbsp;amount of texts throughout the day regardless if the message&amp;nbsp;has anything to do with them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Multiple calls to customer service has left the issue unresolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
