Permission setting that restricts my staff members from seeing each others sales data on app?

Hello,

Per our permissions,

Reports > View sales reporting > View limited sales reporting (point of sale only)

Is there a setting that will restrict staff members from viewing each others sales data on the "square appointments" app on their phones?

Hi @esxbeauty 👋 thanks for posting.

If you have custom permission sets for your team members, then you will be able to disable the Reporting permission.

You can create or edit custom permission sets from your Square Dashboard.

Sign in to your Square Dashboard, and select Staff & payroll > Team > Permissions.
Select Create permission set and enter a permission set name.
Select a permission level: Standard, Enhanced, Full.
Customize the set with individual permissions by clicking Customize.
Toggle on Full access to allow all permissions except managing bank accounts.
If you customize your permission set, select access points team members can use with this permission set.
Select Save.
