Unfortunately, we aren't able to view your account and reports via the Seller Community, but I can certainly provide some general info that may be helpful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since this issue is only occurring for&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;some&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;staff members and not&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;all&lt;/EM&gt;, I'm wondering if this could be related to their permissions &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt; I recommend starting out by reviewing the permissions assigned to the staff members who are encountering this issue by visiting the &lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/team/permissions" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Permissions page&lt;/A&gt; in your Dashboard, clicking on the permission, and then the Reports section.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For example, if a staff member only has access to their own reports or limited sales reporting, they will not see the entirety of the reports for all staff.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Different sales reports on square appointment mobile app and dashboard</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;During the same pay period, I found for same staff , square appointment app on mobile shows different sales reports compared with dashboard. It happens couple pay periods.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;and I called square , still not have a clear answer for this. Does anyone have same issue? Or please check your report on dashboard and mobile to see if you have same problem. Try multiple periods because it happens once a while. Some time only for couple staff. Some time it’s for every staff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
