How did your customer book the appointment?

And did they pay during booking or will they be paying at your location on the appointment day?

When you create a Loyalty program, customers are prompted to join your program during the checkout process.

You can also let customers know about your program with a Square Marketing email.

Okay let me rephrase to they will be booking the appointment online from their phone and will be paying in cash at the appointment my question is when they are booking online from my website how can they be prompted to join the loyalty program after booking or at the bottom of the website there’s a sign up where they can add their email can I send them an email to join the loyalty program ?
