Can Service Variations in Square Appointments show up on the Calendar

I have a clinic with a lot of different service options and instead of entering each one separately, I thought it was great that I could have different variations! That way someone isn't scrolling through a seemingly endless list of services, they can pick the category and choose the correct service variation.

However, when I tested it out on my calendar, it only shows the main title from the original service created, not the variation name of the actual service chosen in the calendar.

For example:

Cash Pay Acupuncture (main service)

- New Patient Acupuncture (variation)

- Established Patient Acupuncture (variation)

- Express Acupuncture (variation)

When I choose 'New Patient Acupuncture', it only shows up as 'Cash Pay Acupuncture' on my calendar and doesn't specify which one. Is there a way to fix this other than entering each service individually?

At this time, this would be considered a feature request. We’d love it if you'd submit this request on our Ideate page for Square Appointments. Our team monitors these boards, and we triage them to measure needs. You can search the boards to see if this has been requested before and add your use case if so!
