1-Day Appointment Set Up for Fair

Hi, I will give mediumship readings at a huge fair. I would like to set up a page or link to a schedule for that day that will allow people to book a 15-minute session at a set time. So ideally I would like to set up 15-minute appts with 5 minutes in between a large block of time (2 p.m. - 11 p.m. -- i.e. 2:15 p.m., 2:35 p.m. 2:55 p.m.). for this particular day. Is this possible? I would like people to scan a QR code to book their session. This would allow me to continue reading while people book and pay for their appointments.

You may want to look thru some of the 3rd party Apps that can work with Square. As for a QR Code - probably all you would need is one that has the URL to your booking/appointment page. There's several free services that can create the Code. Here's one example.

How fun! I always wanted to do a reading and just never have gotten around to it! As @JK_Fiber_Art mentioned the booking site using the QR code to direct them to the booking site would be the best option. I have provided the steps below to set this up. Enable Your Square Online Booking Site

To start, enable your online booking website from either your Square Appointments dashboard or Square Appointments app.

Appointments dashboard

From your Square Appointments dashboard, go to Online Booking > Site Preview.
Click Site setup in the top-right corner.
Select a free or paid theme and start customizing your website. Paid themes require a Square Online Plus or Premium plan subscription. Learn more about .
Select Publish to see your changes live.

Once the website is generated, you'll be redirected to the Square Online site editor where you can edit and preview the mobile version of your site. You can switch to the desktop view at any time from the toolbar. Learn more about how to Navigate the Square Online site editor.

Appointments app

From your Square Appointments app, tap ☰ More > Online Booking.
Under the Square Online option, tap Preview > Preview & edit to start creating your website. It may take some time to generate.
Customize your website and select Publish to see your changes live.

Create an Online Booking Site QR code

You can send your clients a digital QR code, or print one out and display it on your shopfront or countertop. Customers can scan it and be taken directly to your Square Appointments online booking site.

To get your unique QR code:

From your Square Appointments dashboard, go to Online Booking > Settings.
Under Booking site QR code, select your location.
Choose between QR code only or Ready to print QR code and message.
Click Get QR code.
Print this page or save the QR code directly on your device as a PNG file.

Note: The default custom message cannot be changed.
