Hopefully I may be able to help. I'm going to leave a link below that details how to add "service categories" to appear on your booking site to make it easier for your customers to navigate.

Once you go to the link you want to toggle down until you see "Edit the order of displayed services". The steps should be listed there 🙂

The support document you provided made a difference in styling the appointment booking page.

Do you know if there's an option to add service categories to the navigation tabs on the online booking page?

Screenshot is attached for reference (my test site).
