Should I change Time Zone

I will be providing care at a sporting event that is in another state with a different time zone then where my practice is located. Do I need to change the time zone for my appointment schedule to reflect this as this is the first time I have had this happen since using Square appointments and i don't want the athletes nor I to mess up when they booked.

I would appreciate some advice please.

So if you are looking to have them book the appointments, you can follow the steps in this thread here to allow the customer to choose the time zone when booking their appointment.
