Is there a way to run a NO-Show report for Square appointments?

I would like to be able to run a report to see the No-Show appointments for each month. I like to ban clients from rebooking at the end of each month if we have not obtained the no show fee. Thank you.

Hello @SugarAndSkinSpa, thanks for reaching out. Square Appointments does not have a no-show report. I think that is great suggestion and recommend submitting this request on our Ideate Board.

In the meantime, I will tag some sellers who might have suggestions on workarounds. Thank you for your help guys! ( @wajiha @saydad @TCSlaguna @ReginaRMT @Minion)

Hi @SugarAndSkinSpa ,

In all honestly, Square Appointments is severely lacking in reporting. It does not have a report of paid/unpaid, amount paid for service, and tip. For businesses with several service providers, this makes calculating service provider payouts burdensome.

At the moment, most reporting must be done manually.
