      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/664588"&gt;@GlowGirls143&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;That is entirely up to you, and you can specify this in your settings from your online dashboard. &amp;nbsp;Go to Appointments &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Payments &amp;amp; Cancellations. &amp;nbsp;If you want to require payment in full at the time of booking, click on “No requirements to book” (I know it’s weird, just trust me!) then select “Require full prepayment.” &amp;nbsp;Click Next, enter your cancellation policy, set any other settings you need and click Save.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when customers book online, they will be required to pay in full to complete the appointment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
