We are not to the point yet where we want to charge every client a deposit or require card info from every client. BUT what we do want to know, is there a way that has went over our heads to automatically prompt clients who have required no-show appointments on their file, a deposit or card information to be entered to secure an appointment? If not, what's the best way to go about making a suggestion for such ability to be enabled? We want to make booking as seamless as possible and the entering of card information presents some hurdles for us we just aren't willing to work with, yet.
