How do I switch between locations in calendar on desktop website and add location to appointments?

I will be sharing staff between locations and need to be able to switch between calendars. It would also be useful to see both locations calendars at the same time. Is this possible? How do you add a location to an appointment? Can we have different messaging in the reminders for each location since the parking instructions and address would be different? I am using the desktop site, not the app.
