Can't connect appointments to facebook book now

Hi, when trying to put the book now button on Facebook. I go through and select another tool and then choose square. It then goes through the process if selecting the business page, but then wants to change to my personal page to do it, then the never ending loop begins. It just keeps taking it back to wanting to select my pers page.

We did have this setup ages ago. But then didn't have it for a while.

Any ideas on getting it to work again?

How frustrating! Have you connected this Facebook page to a different Square account before by any chance? It might still be linked to that page, thus stopping you from linking it anew. I'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂

Hi sorry didn't see your reply. We have now managed to get past that loop. But now we can sign in. Asks to to do the ads And then just says an error. Something can't be accessed. Do t think it's the square side. Yes only with one user. Cheede
