    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m able to customize a number of different communications on the site, but I don’t see anywhere that I can customize the email that is sent after a client comes in for an appointment. I’d like to personalize that a bit more and just can’t find where to do that. If anyone can help point me in the right direction, that would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Currently, with Square Appointments you can only customize email and SMS notifications for upcoming appointments. If you want to reach out to these customers after their appointment, &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5346-get-started-with-square-marketing" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Square Marketing&lt;/A&gt; would be your best option!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
