It is true that we are able to set a service area for the delivery of products, but can we do the same for services? We are a mobile company that visits clients at their homes. We do, however, charge a mileage fee for individuals outside of our service area. In lieu of adding the additional charge at checkout as is the case with delivery, we are currently required to send an invoice for the additional charge. Is this an existing feature I <SPAN class="">am missing?</SPAN></P><P class="">&nbsp;</P><P class="">Before a workaround is proposed, I would like to make it clear that I am not able to offer every service as a product, as this would require clients to purchase a product and then go back into the system to schedule an appointment. That is a good question that I need to know myself. I was actually planning to start testing it out and do away with what we use now.
