Commission rate being calculated wrong

We have a simple, flat commission rate of 60% for our employee's.

It is marked as such on our commission page.

Now instead of it doing sales price x 60% it's doing 64.2%....

What am I missing here? No where does it say 64.2% so where is it getting it?

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. We have a simple, flat commission rate for our employee's. as of today 3/14/2024 its not right. I noticed you have moved the commission tab took me a min to find it looking to see if percentage was changed found it now under setting. there set the same even refreshed and it is definitely calculating wrong! some are saying $0.00

Also seeing wrong commission calculation on a lot of transactions it's not shows as 0

same here. i thought maybe if i went to payroll it would fix it but it didnt.

chatted with customer support and they say its on payroll team, so im waiting on my phone call back. any updates from anyone else?

I am having an issue as well. My commissions of 18% are only reporting to be 8.33%. I need to fix this
