Selling/tracking Packages of Sessions

Hi There!

I'm a self employed Pilates and Gyrotonic trainer. I sell packages of 5 or 10 sessions at at time and need a way to sell them and track those packages vs have my clients buy each service individually.

I'm not seeing that Square has a straightforward solution for this. Just wondering if you can provide me with any updates on this. If I can't find a solution, I'll need to go to MindBody or another competitor.

At this time, this is a feature request. However, we suggest you look into using integrations like Shipday or Shippo.

How would shipping companies help with tracking packages at a pilates studio?? I have the same issue with my acupuncture practice and am currently having to manually track each patients' sessions.

It sounds like you are wanting to track the number of sessions that have been redeemed out of the total number of sessions included in the package. Is this correct?

Hi! We do something very similar, this is how we work around it.

Create a coupon called PACKAGEREDEEM at 100% off.

When a client purchases a package of 5 for ex, their first session is 1/5. Then, 2/5, etc. You will add this to the appointment details, not customer notes.

Personal Trainer here, I too would love to have clients purchase a “pack” of 12 sessions and then as I book appointments, have it pulled from their pack of 12 sessions one by one as the appointments are booked and used. Very disappointing that theres no feature for this as its an extremely common way to sell services as a small business. Would love to see this feature added. Thanks!

Hi @Jesi 👋 Thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify, are you using the Subscriptions option for selling your packages? I'm not super familiar with this, but I should be able to track down the product team to get more information for you.

Do you have active subscriptions right now that I can use as an example when I reach out to them?
