      <title>New category not showing in appointments online booking flow</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've added a new category and it's not showing on my appointments booking site. I've tried adding and deleting multiple times but its still not showing up for clients to book under. I see it added on my end though. &lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Have you had a chance to edit your dispay categories via the Appointments dashboard? Once you've added a new category, it won't automatically be displayed publically until you've gone through these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;1. From your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Square Appointments dashboard&lt;/A&gt;, go to Online Booking &amp;gt; Channels.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;2. Under Enable online booking, select Manage &amp;gt; Manage service and category order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;3. Toggle on Display categories online. If you have multiple locations, select ‘...’ &amp;gt; Manage service and category next to the location’s booking site you want to edit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;4, Drag and drop categories to change the order in which they’re displayed. Do the same with services to change the order in which they’re displayed under a category.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;5. Select Save.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Please let us know how you go!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having this issue suddenly! It was fine before. How can I fix it so the catergories show up? I did what was recommended already.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
