There used to be the ability to integrate appointments with a "book now" button on Instagram. We did have it setup on our Instagram account but it was de-activated and now I see that Instagram likely no longer integrates with Square as selecting square is no longer an option.

Hi @Brittanifriedla - I see this is your first post in the Seller Community so I'd like to officially welcome you! 🎉👏

You can integrate your Square Appointments online booking site with your Instagram business account. After following the steps in this Support Article, a Book Now button will appear on your Instagram profile, allowing clients to instantly book without leaving the app. The free integration is included with your Square Appointments account 🙂

I would look into this- I was about to share this article and realized that the option to select Square within Instagram isn't there anymore....

Hi @DinaLRosenberg - As far as I'm aware, we still have an active integration with Instagram for Square Appointments.

In the 4th screenshot you shared, I see an option for "Appointments for Square". Does this not work for you when you click on it?

I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

I get a "something went wrong" error

Strange we used to have this integrated and it somehow "undid" itself

@DinaLRosenberg - It looks like this error is occurring on Instagram's website. I would suggest making sure you have the latest version of the Instagram app.

Please let me know if that changes anything.
