Editing Staff on Online Booking Website

I think I’m going to lose my mind. Been at it for more than an hour. I want to add a photo to my employee and edit her biography on the square booking website through Weebly. I’ve done it before but for the life of me I can’t remember how I did it and now and I can’t figure it out. 😩
