    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just me or has customer service completely tanked in the last year at least? Like it’s truly ineffective. Every time I call, I have to be transferred 5 times to escalate someone who may know and then I end up figuring it out myself. Or trying to chat online and waiting 15 mins then 4 mins between every message and then getting disconnected after not promptly responding because there was no alert. Hate it, gonna switch to glossgenius.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ANYWAY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;todays impossible question to answer for square customer service is regarding sales tax and discounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How do I collect sales tax on the full price and not the discounted price after I apply them&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this setting exist?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
