Square Appointments: Personal Training Business — Bulk Sessions, Auto-Charges, and Billing

Hello, I run a personal training business and I have some questions.

1. I sell session in bulk, is there a way I can sell sessions, schedule my clients session, and when they are out of session I can get a notification?

2. Is there a way square can charge my clients automatically when ever they run out of sessions?

3. is there a contract or agreement you provide so I can bill my clients to replenish their sessions?

Hi @Jeurys! I work with the Appointments team. We currently don't offer the ability to sell packages of sessions in bulk, but I will pass along your suggestions here to the team. Also, I'm not sure whether you run group classes as part of your training business, but if you do, you may be interested in signing up for our Beta for Class Bookings.

Any update here? This is a frequently requested feature. Not Just selling the bulk packages but also being able to declinate the number of prepurchased sessions by use by each customer.

Gift cards are not a sufficient way to handle this.

Any updates? This should not be difficult to program. A customer purchases 10 sessions and that count is auto-declinated when they are scheduled for an appointment. What are we missing here?

This is also something I am looking for to sell session-based monthly memberships for a float therapy business. I'd really like to go Square, but there's a purpose-built POS out there that has this feature...
