    <description>&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have only certain services available for Clients to book using the embedded "booking" button on my website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On my Point of Sale App, I used the (a), (b), (c), trick to order the following...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(a) 60 Minutes&lt;BR /&gt;(b) 90 Minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(c) 120 Minutes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That seems to place them in the order I'd like to view them on the Point Of Sale App.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, when clients use the "booking" button link to my Square Appointments...the services are out of order...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They appear like this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(a) 60 Minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(c) 120 Minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(d) 90 Minutes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm "ocd" when it comes to the order of things and this is very annoying for me!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone have any idea WHY this is happening???&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;\Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300326"&gt;@KTTT&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Mysteries like this keep me up at night, too! &amp;nbsp;Ha. &amp;nbsp;I have a similar issue with Square KDS randomizing kitchen ticket modifiers for no apparent reason at all. &amp;nbsp;I finally had to develop the “serenity to accept the things I can not change.” &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a more serious note, are you using Variations for your service lengths? &amp;nbsp;If so, I’m at a loss to understand why you even need the abc method, since variations are listed on both POS and Online in the order we place them. &amp;nbsp;We can drag and drop them to rearrange at will. &amp;nbsp;It sounds like there might be a problem in your account somewhere that someone needs to look into. &amp;nbsp;But first, could you post a photo/screenshot of your item on POS as well as post your store URL? &amp;nbsp;I’ll certainly take a look and see if anything jumps out at me before you decide to do the phone thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
