    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/565542"&gt;@dodiwasbotten&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;You can not send the client a text anymore. &amp;nbsp;Square has this in place because it’s what the FCC requires. &amp;nbsp;Once a customer goes through the unsubscribe process it is irrevocable. &amp;nbsp;However……&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is entirely possible that you could delete the current customer record from your directory, using the dashboard. &amp;nbsp;Just remember you will lose any history associated with that customer, and that you will want to delete any existing appointments first. &amp;nbsp;THEN, you could have the customer reschedule their appointment online, which should create a new customer directory record that doesn’t know they unsubscribed in the first place. &amp;nbsp;I think this will work, and will create an electronic trail that starts with the customer which should satisfy everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
