Outstanding Appointments

I use Square Appointments and I have a customer who pays me sporadically throughout the month with random amounts ($500 here, $60 there, etc). As I charge the appointments I use a Google Sheet to track which ones are paid and their total outstanding balance. Is there a way to get this information from Square reports or somewhere else? FYI I no longer send her invoices since they are not automated yet.

Hello there @RydeTheLight

The best way to get Transaction details will be by exporting your Transactions report. You can select the date range and then select Export from the upper right.

Sadly this was a bit too much and more difficult than my current system. I was hoping for a much simpler method.
